Nordic Walking is a health promoting exercise in the fresh air which is an easy, inexpensive all body workout. It burns more calories and is more cardiovascular than normal walking. with the emphasis on being safe, enjoyable and sociable.
With regard to Covid-19, Government guidelines are adhered to.
Following an introductory session please look at the sessions available: Functional fitness session, wellbeing walks or adventure walks. All sessions have the benefit of exercise with poles!
